Sommelier Society of America Instructor Christopher S. Miller
Christopher S. Miller, Advanced Sommelier and Wine Education Consultant, has been Sommelier at Manhattan's fabuled '21' Club; 75 Main in Southampton Long Island; and The Stone Creek Inn in East Quogue.
He trained at the Culinary Institue of America, and was Chef-Owner of The Gregory House Inn and Restaurant, a four-star restaurant; and Saucier Chef at a four-star restaurant, Schweizerhof, in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
He is currently an Advanced Sommelier and Master Sommelier candidate in the Court of Master Sommeliers program.
He held position of Wine Education Manager for Winebow, Inc. and Consultant on educational programs for Charmer Industries and Corterra Wines.
