Benchmark “Still” Wines of the World - Feb 17-21, 2020
A blind tasting seminar based on the most notable wine regions in the world - Burgundy, Bordeaux, Barolo, Rioja, Napa, Mosel, Alsace and more - using the SSA Deductive Tasting Guide.

Testing: Online Quiz and Blind Tasting Exam 

• Five consecutive days, two hours each class
• ATWs culminate in a written and blind tasting exam to evaluate each student’s progress and recommend next steps.

Monday-Friday 10AM-12 NOON
(Students are allowed an additional 30mins for the Friday exam)
Registered students will receive a welcome letter with directions and other important details.

Monday: White wines
Tuesday: Rose & Red wine part 1
Wednesday: Red wine part 2 
Thursday: Red wine part 3
Friday: Aromatic white wines / Blind Tasting Exam (5 Wines)

Students can prepare for these exercises by referring to the SSA Deductive Tasting Guide.

Registration remains open until classes are filled. Seating is limited to 12.

Benchmark “Still” Wines of the World is also scheduled July 27-31, 2020.
