015: Aquagrill: WINE DIRECTOR SERVICE MANAGER
This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced service manager with sommelier experience, strong wine knowledge and the ability to run an award winning wine program.
*Maintaining wine list and wine by the glass program, vendor tastings, selection of new wines
*Writing new wine descriptions and educating staff
*Ordering of all alcohol
*Managing on premise and off premise wine inventory
*Supervising set up and service and handling patron satisfaction and staff performance
*Management duties including cashing out shifts
*Helping to hire, train and maintain company protocols for all front of house staff
This full time position is comprised of a 5 day work week, with a combination of lunch and dinner shifts, primarily evenings. Room for advancement, benefits available including paid time off and company contributions towards health insurance. Prior experience must include both server and management, plus a love for the details of fine service, sommelier certificate and refined customer service. Must be fully available including weekends.
Compensation: approx. $70K
