A veteran of the New York City hospitality scene for over fifteen years, Kimberly Prokoshyn is a Sommelier who began her wine career at Pearl & Ash under the mentorship of Patrick Cappiello. At Pearl & Ash, she was the first sommelier to work with Cappiello and played a large role in building the grand award-winning list from Wine Spectator. She conceived the wine list upon opening for Rebelle, which was identified as one of the most notable lists in New York City.
In 2015, Kimberly was awarded “Best New Sommelier” from Wine & Spirits magazine and the wine list at Rebelle has continued to receive the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator year after year.
Kim is now Head Sommelier at Café Boulud.
