David Foss

With over 24 years of hospitality experience, David Foss has seen it all. He has managed beverage programs from the West Coast, overseeing the Mondrian Hotel as well as four properties under the LA Fairfax Partners Restaurant Group, to the East Coast to Soho and Tribeca. He is a kaleidoscope of trades, not only with a skill set to develop thriving beverage programs but also with the savviness to run all aspects of hotel services such as catering, mini-bar programs and room services. In addition to his work in hospitality, David has also been sought after to consult on TV shows such as “Gordon Ramsay’s Hotel Hell.”
Apart from his consultations, David has also opened the chic La Lou Wine Bar in Brooklyn with Joe Campanale. Its unique selection of organic wines is paired with a novel, modern cuisine. It has become a praised and highly rated hub of the Prospect Heights neighborhood.
