Downtown Brooklyn Wine Shop PT Position

Downtown Brooklyn wine and spirits shop is seeking a sales associate with wine and spirits knowledge and experience in beverage sales (retail/wholesale/restaurant). We're looking for a responsible person who has a strong work ethic, a great rapport with customers, and an easy, unpretentious approach - you can speak about wine/spirits knowledgeably but not be intimidating.

We are looking to fill several positions, both full time and part time. Evenings, weekends, and holidays are our most important times for sales; candidates with open availability will be highly considered. If you can start in the next few days, all the better.

We are located near 8 subway lines. We are a small and friendly team and are looking for a great addition to help us grow.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and you must have the ability to perform physical tasks, including
bending, lifting up to 40 pounds.

Our standard hours are S-TH 12-18pm, F-Sat 12-9pm and Sunday 12-9pm.
* Estimated 20+ hrs/week PT, 40+ FT, with the potential for more hours and/or responsibility.
* Availability for nights and weekends required.
