Position: Sommelier at Fasano
Job Description:
Ordering wines.
Maintaining the wine stock.
Creating a wine list and writing wine descriptions.
Suggesting food and wine pairings to servers and customers.
Recommending wines based on customer preferences.
Training waitstaff on wines.
Conducting wine tastings for staff and customers.
Previous NYC Sommelier experience, particularly in fine dining, required.
