Job Description:
J Fiore's Contemporary Steakhouse will feature three bars on three different levels. We will also have extensive wine selections to match a robust spirits program.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic beverage manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage daily bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage waste to optimize profitability. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings for events or special occasions. Oversee the execution of private events or banquets held at the bar. Skills Strong background in restaurant management with experience in casual dining or fine dining settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food production processes and culinary principles as they relate to beverage service. Proficient in interviewing techniques to hire qualified staff for the bar team. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities. Familiarity with banquet operations and event planning is a plus.
